How long does delivery take across Pakistan?
Most orders arrive 2–4 working days after dispatch in Karachi, Lahore, and Islamabad. Other cities and remote districts may take one extra day. You get SMS/WhatsApp confirmation when your order ships.
How do I track my order?

Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?

Can I return a product if I change my mind?
Unopened items in original packaging can be returned within 14 days. Opened makeup cannot be accepted for hygiene reasons. See our Return & Refund Policy for damaged or leaking parcels.
