COD is available across Pakistan — Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan, Peshawar, Quetta, and all districts we serve through our courier partners.
How it works:

- Choose Cash on Delivery at checkout
- We confirm via WhatsApp or SMS
- Pay the courier when your parcel arrives
No card? No problem.
Order processing
- Orders are processed within 1 working day of confirmation
- Orders placed after 2 PM or on Sundays may ship the next business day
- You receive a confirmation message once your parcel is handed to the courier
Delivery timelines
- Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad: 2–4 working days after dispatch
- Major cities: 3–5 working days
- Remote / northern areas: 5–7 working days
Timelines are estimates — weather, holidays, or courier backlog can add a day. We will keep you updated by SMS.
Order verification
To reduce failed deliveries and fraud, we may verify your order by WhatsApp or SMS before dispatch. Please respond promptly — unverified orders may be delayed or cancelled.

No tracking after 24 hours? Contact us with your order number.
Delays & failed delivery
If the courier cannot reach you after multiple attempts, the order may return to us. Contact support to reschedule — we are on your side.
We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect addresses entered at checkout.
