Our goal

You should feel good about every GlowRiva order. If something arrives wrong, we fix it — quickly and without making you chase us.

Change-of-mind returns

Eligible if:

  • Product is unopened and unused
  • Original packaging is intact
  • Return requested within 14 days of delivery

Not eligible:

  • Opened or used makeup (hygiene — same rule every beauty brand follows)
  • Items marked final sale
  • Free promotional gifts

To start a return, contact us with your order number and a photo of the item.

Damaged, leaking, or wrong item

Local transit can be rough. It happens.

If your parcel arrives damaged, leaking, or with the wrong product:

  1. Message us within 48 hours of delivery
  2. Send photos of the product and outer packaging
  3. Keep everything until we advise otherwise

We will send a replacement or full refund — your choice. No return shipping needed for our error or transit damage.

This includes crushed compacts, leaked serums, and broken seals — common issues we have seen and we account for.

Refund timeline

  • Card / bank: refunded to original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval
  • Cash on Delivery: refunded via bank transfer or JazzCash/Easypaisa within 3–5 business days after approval

We will confirm when your refund is processed.

Exchanges

Need a different shade? Contact us within 14 days. Unopened items can be exchanged subject to stock availability.

How to contact us: WhatsApp, email, or contact form — Mon–Sat, 9 AM – 6 PM PKT. Include your order number, product name, and clear photos if damaged. We reply within one business day.
